Experience

Attorney Stevens was raised in Waterville, Maine. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1999 , where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review. Attorney Stevens began practicing law in Philadelphia as an insurance defense attorney. Before returning to Maine, he was licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

While in Philadelphia , Attorney Stevens defended insurance carriers and self-insured corporations in litigation involving product liability matters, liquor liability cases, insurance coverage matters, trucking issues, malpractice litigation, municipal and civil rights, premises liability, labor and employment claims, workers compensation claims, and environmental and pollution claims.

Attorney Stevens returned to Maine in 2001. Since that time, he has successfully represented individuals in a wide variety of accident cases, including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, assaults, and dog bite cases, among others.
